By purchasing a brand new computer system from Lee’s Computers you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

All systems build By Lee’s Computer systems come with a full 1 year return to base warrany. The customer is liable to pay the cost of returning the system to Lee’s Computers and Lee’s Computers will pay the cost of the return delivery back to the customer, if in Merthyr Tydfil. For distances outside Merthyr Tydfil the customer is liable to pay the cost of return delivery. Lee’s Computers under any circumstance will not extend the warranty by the number of days the repair took and you get your system back. Lee’s Computers promise to deal with your problem as quickly as possible and will have your system returned to you within 21 days of receiving it, and not exceeding 21 days. Excluding extreme circumstances such as postal strikes and also public holidays. Lee’s Computers promise to use brand new replacement parts during the warranty period but may use alternative components if original components are no longer available. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, malicious damage, loss & theft or power surge damage (it is up to the customer to ensure that their mains power supply is adequately protected from power surges by use of anti surge equipment). In the case of loss or theft (it is entirely up to the customer to take out insurance cover on his/her system). All new systems sold by Lee’s Computers come with security seals attached to the rear of the tower case, these seals are there to protect the customer and Lee’s Computers. By the use of these seals both parties know if anybody has been inside the system that should not have been.This warranty will not be honoured if the system leaves Lee’s Computers with intact seals and comes in for a repair with broken seals. During the 1 year warranty period Lee’s Computers shall be the only one to break these seals to get into the system for any reason. Under no circumstance should anyone (excluding Lee’s Computers staff) break these seals.Lee’s Computers will keep regular contact with you via email or telephone to update you on the progress of your repair.

 

By purchasing a reconditioned or second hand computer system from Lee’s Computers you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

All reconditioned or second hand systems sold By Lee’s Computer systems come with a 3 month return to base warrany. The customer is liable to pay the cost of returning the system to Lee’s Computers and Lee’s Computers will pay the cost of the return delivery back to the customer, if in Merthyr Tydfil. For distances outside Merthyr Tydfil the customer is liable to pay the cost of return delivery. By purchasing a non reconditioned second-hand computer system from Lee’s Computers you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

All non reconditioned second hand systems sold By Lee’s Computer systems come with no warranty what so ever and is sold as seen with no returns accepted. This means that once the owner has accepted the system there is no comebacks to Lee’s Computers as the system was bought as seen with no warranty.
