Our recent project build was built for Photograph editing and general office work. The system is built to customers specs. The system is a multiboot system with the choice to start XP Pro, XP Media Centre Edition or Vista Ultimate, with 500GB left for Windows 7 when its released. All this is installed on a 2TB Maxtor hardrive with 3 1TB drives for storage. Asus high end Quad SLI motherboard and an AMD Phenom II 940 Quad core cpu. Graphics are handled by 2 Nvidia 9800GT graphics cards in SLI configuration. With 8GB of lightning fast DDR2 1066 RAM this machine is very fast indeed. The case is a Coolermaster Stacker 830 Nvidia Edition....wow what a case. This is all kept cool with the help of a Ruby Orb heatsink and fan with 1 rear 120mm fan, 4 120mm side door fans and 120mm fan on the front and roof. Although this PC has 8 120mm fans in total its not a noisy system at all. Power is supplied by 1500W Thermaltake Modular power supply. The systems security is handled by G Data for good reasons.
