We carefully choose the parts we use in our systems based on quality and performance, ensuring that the finished system is of the highest standard we can possibly build. From our low end range to our high end range we take the same pride in building the system. We don’t believe in cutting corners by using unbranded cheap components to gain a larger profit, the reason being that in the short term we may indeed make a larger profit, but in the long term that profit would be lost due to returned systems because of failed components. We like to get it right first time. We also repair systems to the same highest standards as our new builds. Again we only use quality components from well known trusted manufacturers. We can proudly boast that we are the only PC repairers in Merthyr Tydfil who do not charge to look at a system, we only charge for the repair so if you bring your PC in to us for repair and after you have been given the repair cost you decide not to go ahead with the repair you can collect it from us without being charged for looking at it. We know it can be a stressful time when your PC isn’t working thats why we like our systems be be repaired the same day. On the rare occasion this is not possible due to parts that need ordering but 9 out of 10 of our repairs are available for collection the same afternoon or if not the very next morning.
